 As with any investment, you want to make a good choice. Buying a home isn’t an easy feat. Where the home may be ideal with features and accommodations aplenty, it would be miserable to buy the perfect home to only find it was riddled with less than obvious defects that are expensive to repair.  Our certified inspectors conduct a thorough and detailed inspection and present you with an in depth report of any findings. 

If you have just purchased a newly built home direct from the builder, you probably feel confident that everything has been inspected and completed correctly and to the highest standard. The builder will usually offer up to a one-year warranty that covers any problems with the build itself. During this first year, while your home is still under warranty is the best time to have an independent inspection done to find any mistakes or warranty type coverages. Be sure to take advantage of the warranty that is offered and have your newly built home inspected without delay. 

We recommend to never skip a home inspection when purchasing a home, that would be fiscally irresponsible. We understand the temptation and pressure of this hot market so if you are in a position where its simply not possible, then we recommend a walk and talk consultation. Tour your potential new home with a trained inspector who will provide an experienced and valuable point of view. They will help identity potentially major issues that could be expensive to remedy once you close. This consultation doesn't come with any written report or photographs. We recommend completing a full home inspection after closing, so that you will have the full inspection report and all of our warranties.
